Do
you know of anything in life that is NOT at its best when it is
balanced and harmonized?
The brain and the body that it drives
are no exception. If you have ever driven an automobile which
had one or more tires greatly out of balance, you know the
shimmy and shake that the out-of-balance condition can produce. It is no different in life when the brain has one or more of its
areas out of balance.
Balance
your brain and subsequently balance your body and things are at
their best at that moment. In other words, brain balance and
harmony is the first step to wellbeing and optimization. |

Brain Works! understands that the brain is
like a fingerprint - totally unique. When we create a training
plan for you, we take into consideration outside influences that
may also be impacting your brain state. It is important to know
that we primarily address the brain
state,
not brain content. Our approach compares brain wave frequency
ratios at major points across the scalp, and gives us a
standardized way to test brain balance. This means that we
create a personalized training plan tailored to your individual
needs. Your feedback after each session helps us to fine tune
the training sessions to work toward your desired changes. By
combining these factors, we help you create a brain balanced for
physical, mental, emotional and spiritual optimization. Benefits
are usually recognized in the first 3 sessions, with 10 - 30
sessions generally required for lasting and permanent results.
